Return Policy

Definitions:

In this Policy the following terms shall have the following meaning except where the policy otherwise requires:-
 
- Applications: These are completed forms requesting copies for certificates. Applications are submitted online via the TA website or at any of the TA offices islandwide.

- Products: All articles, commodities, goods produced by the Transport Authority.

If you're not completely satisfied with the products you received, take it back to us and speak to a customer service agent in this regard. We will make a check of our records to determine the validity of the information printed on your product.  If the error was made as a result of our negligence then we will make the corrections at no cost to the customer. If the TA is not at fault, then the customer will be advised on how best to have the error corrected.

If the product received is not what you requested, the TA will correct the error at no cost to the customer. If the products you received are damaged, the TA will conduct a thorough investigation. If it is determined that the damage is a result of our negligence the product will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If it is determined otherwise the TA will not be liable for the damage caused to the product.
